Why work with us

Why buyers choose YUXIA

Small runs, honest lead times and silk that is checked piece by piece before it is packed.

Mulberry silk, honestly graded

We work in 16, 19 and 22 momme mulberry silk satin and state the momme on every quotation, so you can compare quotes on the same basis.

Custom digital printing

Send artwork as AI, PSD or a flat TIFF. We return a printed strike-off in 3-4 days so you approve colour before the bulk order.

Your size chart, not ours

Every style is graded to your own measurement chart, with fit samples approved in both your base size and your largest size.

Private label from 50 pcs

Woven labels, wash-care labels, hangtags and retail gift boxes are handled in one place, so small brands can launch a real product.

Experience

What runs in our workshop

Four practical stages that decide whether your silk order arrives on time and on spec.

Stage 01

Pattern & fit

Digitised patterns, graded to your size chart and checked on a fit sample before cutting.

Stage 02

Fabric inspection

Silk inspected for slubs, colour and width before it reaches the cutting table.

Stage 03

Cutting

Single and multi-layer cutting for stable bias lines on slip dresses.

Stage 04

Sewing lines

French seams, rolled hems and piped edges for sleepwear and robes.

Stage 05

Digital printing

Reactive printing for silk with wash-fastness checks on every print batch.

Stage 06

Finishing & QC

Thread trimming, steam pressing and 100% piece inspection before packing.

Silk made in the Hangzhou cluster

Hangzhou has been China's silk centre for centuries, and our production runs inside that cluster. Pattern making, cutting, sewing, digital printing and hand finishing are coordinated from our Gongshu studio, which means we can hold a small MOQ without giving up control of the finish.

Quality checkpoints

IQC on raw silk, in-line checks during sewing, and 100% final inspection.

Labelling

Woven labels, wash-care labels, hangtags and gift boxes handled in one place.

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers actually ask

If your question is not here, send it over - we answer directly, without a sales script.

YUXIA is the export brand of Hangzhou Yuxia Fashion Co., Ltd., a silk apparel studio registered in Hangzhou, China in 2010. We handle design, pattern making, sampling and quality control in house, and our production runs through our Hangzhou workshop together with long-term partner sewing and printing lines in the same silk cluster. You deal directly with the studio that makes your goods, not a trading layer.

Most silk sleepwear styles start from 50 pcs per design and per colourway. Mixed colours can be combined to reach the minimum on a single style. Scarves and accessories can start lower, so tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

Printed strike-offs come back in 3-4 days and a sewn pre-production sample in about 7 days after your fabric and size chart are confirmed. Mass production then runs 30-35 days after sample approval, followed by inspection, packing and export documentation.

Yes. Send a sketch, tech pack, reference garment or even a photo with your measurements. We digitise the pattern, grade it to your size chart and confirm fit on a sample in your base size and your largest size before bulk production is released.

We mainly work in 16, 19 and 22 momme mulberry silk satin. 16 momme suits lightweight chemises and scarves, 19 momme is a balanced default for pajama sets, and 22 momme gives the heavier drape that premium sleepwear and robes need. We state the momme on every quotation.

We are honest about where we stand: OEKO-TEX and similar programmes are in progress rather than already held for every line. Where your market needs a specific test report, tell us the destination country and product and we will confirm what can be arranged through a third-party lab before you commit to production.
