Quotation & order confirmation
Every order is confirmed against a written specification covering fabric, silk weight, size chart, colourway, trims, branding, packing and lead time. A unit price basis is stated on the quotation. Production begins only after the specification and deposit terms are confirmed by both parties.
Sampling
Samples are produced so that the bulk order reproduces an approved garment. Sampling continues until fit and finish are signed off. Sample charges and courier costs are agreed before sampling begins and are confirmed on the quotation.
Payment terms
Payment terms are confirmed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Standard practice is a deposit at order confirmation with the balance settled against the pre-shipment documents, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
Quality & inspection
Producing silk sleepwear means committing to the moment when the buyer can say: this is exactly what I approved. Our control points are raw-material inspection on arrival, in-line checks during printing and sewing, and 100% final piece inspection before packing. A pre-shipment inspection summary is available on request.
Returns & claims
If goods do not match the signed specification, tell us within 15 days of receipt with photographs and quantity details. Where a defect is confirmed as a production fault, we will repair, replace or credit the affected pieces. Claims relating to normal variation in natural silk fibre, or to specifications changed after sign-off, fall outside this scope.
Shipping & documentation
We prepare the packing list, commercial invoice and the export documents your forwarder requires, and we work with your nominated forwarder or quote freight options for you. Risk and title transfer according to the agreed Incoterm stated on the order confirmation.
Privacy
Enquiry details, artwork, tech packs and size charts are treated as confidential and are used only to quote and produce your order. We do not sell or share buyer information. Files can be deleted on request once an order is complete, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement where one is required.
Intellectual property
Artwork and patterns you supply remain yours. Patterns and grading developed against your size chart are produced for your order and are not resold to other buyers. Our own range photography and copy may not be reproduced without permission.
