What is the difference, and which do you need?
OEM
You supply the design, tech pack or reference garment. We produce it exactly to your specification - your pattern, your trims, your labels.
ODM
You choose a style from our range and we adapt it. Fabric weight, colour, trims, sizing and packaging are adjusted for your market, which is faster and cheaper when you have no design yet.
Mixed approach
Most first orders are a mix: one ODM style to test the market quickly, then an OEM style once the fit and price point are proven.
What we need from you
A style reference, target quantity, size chart, colourway and destination market are enough to open a quotation.
What you get back
A written specification, unit price basis, sampling plan and production window - within 24 hours for straightforward enquiries.
Private label, included
Woven labels, wash-care labels, hangtags and retail packaging are produced with the order, so a first run arrives looking like a product rather than a batch of samples.
From enquiry to shipment
Six stages, each ending with something you approve in writing.
Send your requirement
Share a sketch, tech pack, photo or reference garment with your target quantity and market. We reply within 24 hours with feasibility notes.
Specification & quotation
Fabric, momme, size chart, trims, branding and packing are confirmed in writing, with a unit price basis and lead time.
Strike-off or tool design
Printed styles get a printed strike-off in 3-4 days; patterned styles get a paper pattern and digital drawing confirmed with you.
Sampling & sign-off
A sewn sample is produced in about 7 days and checked against your specification until it is signed off in two sizes.
Mass production
Bulk runs 30-35 days after approval, with in-line quality checks during sewing and printing.
Inspection & shipment
100% final inspection, steam pressing, retail packing, then cartons and export documents for your forwarder.
Printed or solid?
Solid Pantone dyeing is the safer choice for a repeatable core range. Printed artwork suits seasonal drops and capsule collections - we will tell you honestly which one your price point supports.
Packing, ready for retail
Polybag, retail box, gift box or bulk carton - we pack to your channel's requirement and can include barcodes, care labels and hangtags.
Your specification, line by line

Choose a style from our range and tell us your market, price point and season. We will recommend the silk weight, trims and packaging, then supply a sample so you can see the product before committing to a production run.
Yes. Colours can be combined to reach the minimum on a single style, which is how most small brands test several colourways without holding large stock in any one of them.
Artwork, tech packs and size charts are treated as confidential and used only for your production. If you need a written non-disclosure agreement before sharing files, we will sign one.
