Compliance & documentation
What we hold, what we can arrange, and what we will not claim.
Compliance in progress, not a logo wall
We would rather show you the real position than a wall of logos. Silk sleepwear buyers increasingly need documentation for their destination market, and the honest answer for a studio our size is that some programmes are held and others are still being arranged line by line.
What we can do today is confirm, in writing, which documents apply to your product and destination - and arrange third-party testing through an accredited lab before production starts, so the report arrives with the goods rather than after them.
Certification status
OEKO-TEX and comparable textile programmes are being arranged for our silk ranges rather than already held across every line. Until a certificate exists for your specific fabric and style, we will not display one. Ask us for the current status before you place an order.
| What we hold now | Business registration and standard export documentation |
|---|---|
| In progress | Textile chemical-safety certification for core silk ranges |
| Third-party testing | Arranged per order through accredited labs on request |
| Labelling | Fibre content, origin and wash-care labelling to destination rules |
| Destination support | We confirm applicable reports once we know country and product |

Talk to us early
Certification questions are best resolved before fabric is booked. Send the destination country and product type and we will tell you what is needed, what it costs and how long it takes.
No borrowed logos
We do not use another factory's certificates. If a certificate does not cover the exact fabric and style you are buying, we will say so.
Not yet as a blanket claim across every line. We can tell you the current status of the specific fabric you are considering and, where your market needs chemical-safety assurance, arrange equivalent third-party testing through an accredited lab before production.
Yes, on request. Tell us the destination country and the product type and we confirm which tests apply, arrange them with the lab and include the report with your shipment documents.
The importer remains responsible for final market compliance, but we prepare the fabric, labels and test documentation that support it, and we flag anything we know needs attention for your destination.
