Ordering & minimums
Most silk sleepwear styles start from 50 pcs per design and per colourway, and mixed colours can be combined to reach the minimum on one style. Scarves and accessories can start lower. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is realistic before you commit.
Yes. Send a sketch, tech pack, reference garment or a photo with measurements. We digitise the pattern, grade it to your size chart and approve fit on a sample in your base size and your largest size before bulk production.
Yes. If you have no design yet, choose a style from our range, and we adapt fabric, trims, colour and packaging to your market. If you have a full design, we produce it exactly as specified.
Silk & materials
16, 19 and 22 momme mulberry silk satin. 16 momme suits lightweight chemises and scarves, 19 momme is a balanced default for pajama sets, and 22 momme gives the heavier drape premium sleepwear and robes need. The momme is stated on every quotation.
Not as a blanket claim across every line yet. Textile chemical-safety certification is in progress for our core ranges. Where your market needs specific testing, we arrange it through an accredited lab before production so the report arrives with the goods.
Yes for solid dyeing, and we always confirm the closest achievable match on a strike-off before bulk. For prints, send artwork as AI, PSD or a flat TIFF at production resolution and we will return a printed strike-off in 3-4 days.
Sampling & production
A printed strike-off comes back in 3-4 days and a sewn pre-production sample in about 7 days after fabric and size chart are confirmed. Sampling continues until the fit and finish are signed off.
30-35 days after sample approval, followed by final inspection, packing and export documentation. During peak season we confirm the production window in writing before you commit.
You send fit notes, we adjust the pattern and re-sample. We do not release bulk production until a garment has been approved in your base size and your largest size.
Pricing, packing & shipping
Quotes depend on the silk weight, style complexity, print or solid dyeing, trims and packaging. Send the style, quantity and destination and we return a unit price basis - FOB, EXW or with freight quoted separately - usually within 24 hours.
Polybag, retail box, gift box and bulk carton. We can also apply your barcodes, carton marks and hangtags, and prepare a packing list that matches your forwarder's requirements.
We prepare the packing list, commercial invoice and the shipping documents your forwarder needs, and we work with your nominated forwarder or quote freight options for you.
