Check the record, then decide
We do not publish testimonials we cannot trace. Many buyers sell under their own brand and prefer not to be named, and a page of invented five-star quotes would be worse than no page at all.
Instead, here is where you can verify how we actually trade: our Alibaba store carries the historic order and feedback record for the business, and on request we will arrange a direct reference conversation with a buyer who has agreed to speak.
Testimonials
Buyer quotes will be published here as named references are approved for public use. Until then, we prefer an empty space to an invented one.
The three things checked most often
Is the silk actually silk?
Buyers ask for fibre-content verification before a first order, and we arrange lab verification where it is required.
Will the lead time hold?
We quote the capacity we can actually hold, and flag a delay as soon as we know about it rather than at the ship date.
Who answers the questions?
One contact stays on your order from first email to shipment, so specifications do not drift between handovers.
What if something is wrong?
Claims are handled against the written specification and the pre-shipment inspection summary, so there is a document to compare against rather than an opinion.
